Welcome to my Web Resume.  I am a passionate leader of reaching Students and their Families for life change and becoming real Christ Followers.  With over 20 years of experience, I love structuring life experiences for students and intentional design toward strong relationships: with Christ, their families, themselves, and a watching world.  I am looking to use this experience, this calling, to impact the world of teenagers and those investing in them.  In Christ, the identity of teenagers can be found, grasped, and integrated in their relationships, education, and life giftings.  I love involving strategic approaches, using teams to accomplish the mission, and intense life changing experiences.
